Cash For Trash

Volunteering to clean up the Park just got more rewarding! The Independence Community Foundation, a long-time Prospect Park supporter, has agreed to donate $10 for every bag of trash or plant debris collected by Volunteers before June 30th.  Sign up to be a volunteer now, and help keep Prospect Park beautiful for years to come.

It's My Park! Day brings hundreds of volunteers to over 150 sites in all 5 Boroughs. Join in the city-wide effort to support the parks and green spaces you love by coming out to Prospect Park and pitching-in!

Memorial Day Weekend
May 23 - 25
The unofficial start of summer is just a few weeks away and Prospect Park is ready and waiting! The Audubon Center, Lefferts Historic House, Carousel, and Pedal Boats will be open all three days of the weekend. Check out all the great stuff you can do every day at the Park on our activities page!
