Spend Labor Day in Prospect Park

Celebrate Labor Day in the Park! We've got great activities and destinations all day long.

Monday, September 5

The Audubon Center is open 12 – 5 p.m. Admission is free.

In the Children's Corner, visit Lefferts Historic House, open from 12 to 6 p.m. The garden is a great place to spend a summer day! Or take a spin on the historic 1912 Carousel, open for rides from 12 to 6  p.m. The Carousel is $2 per ride.

If you plan to barbeque, please be advised that it is permitted only in certain areas of the Park. If you plan to have a party of more than 25 people, you must get a permit in advance (no charge for permits).

Click here for information about hosting a picnic or barbeque in the Park.

The Tennis Center is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
