Fleece Fest
  Visit Lefferts Historic House and watch sheared wool become yarn.

Lefferts Historic House
Visit Fleece Fest at Prospect Park Zoo to see fleece shorn from live sheep at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., then come next door to Lefferts and try your hand at washing, carding, spinning and weaving it into cloth. On this weekend, a hand stamp lets you visit the Zoo, come to Lefferts, and then return to the Zoo. Lefferts events free; the Zoo charges regular admission.
