All About Owls
Get to the Zoo and see what the "hooting" is all about!
July 11, 2010, 1 - 2 p.m.
Delve into the winged world of owls. Children will learn how to use field guides to identify these amazing birds, meet a special animal guest in the Zoo classroom, and will get their hands dirty discovering an owl’s wild diet by dissecting owl pellets.
Program is geared for ages 5-10. Cost is $8 per child at the Zoo, $6 when registering in advance. Cost does not include zoo admission. To pre-register, call 718-399-7339 x326 or email.
