RENTAL DESTINATIONS
The Picnic House
 The Picnic House in Prospect Park is a 4,000-square-foot brick and glass enclosed pavilion with a terra-cotta tile roof originally built in 1927. It has been praised for its light and sweeping views.

The Boathouse
 Built in 1905, the Boathouse was one of the first buildings in New York City to be declared a landmark. This Beaux Arts style building overlooks the beautiful Lullwater and Lullwater Bridge and features two levels and a balcony.

The Parade Ground
 Some of professional baseball’s finest athletes, including Sandy Koufax, Joe Torre, and Manny Ramirez once honed their skills at the Prospect Park Parade Ground. The new Parade Ground includes a premiere baseball diamond with covered dugouts, bleachers, and night lighting.

Wollman Rink
 Party space is available year-round at Wollman Rink, featuring ice skating parties from November to March and pedal-boating parties from May to mid-October.

The Carousel
 Designed by one of the world’s foremost carousel artists almost 100 years ago, the Carousel was originally located at Coney Island before being transported to Prospect Park in 1952.

Lefferts Historic House
 Lefferts Historic House shows families what life was like in New York over 200 years ago. It offers an ideal party space where kids participate in fun and educational activities like toy-making, treasure hunts and weaving.

Tennis Center
 Budding athletes and kids who love to play will have a great time at a Tennis Center party. Refreshments are provided, along with instruction and tennis games led by our friendly staff of pros.
