The Picnic House in Prospect Park is a 4,000-square-foot brick and glass enclosed pavilion with a terra-cotta tile roof originally built in 1927. It has been praised for its light and sweeping views.

Ceremonies

"What if I just want to get married in the Park?" 
You'll need a simple Parks Department permit if you plan on inviting 25 guests or more. The Park also offers an inexpensive, ceremony-only option for morning weddings on the Boathouse terrace for a maximum of 40 guests.
