| Boathouse
Home to Brooklyn’s most elegant weddings for almost 100 years, the Boathouse offers a breathtaking natural setting and a stately backdrop for your special occasion. Built in 1905, the Boathouse was one of the first buildings in New York City to be declared a landmark. This Beaux Arts style building overlooks the beautiful Lullwater and Lullwater Bridge and features two levels and a balcony. Extensively renovated in 2002, this historic structure is available for rental for everything from formal weddings to cocktail receptions to corporate events.

Evening Weddings
Availability The Boathouse is available for rental after it closes to the public at 5 p.m. until 1 a.m., seven days a week, year-round. Factoring in time for setup and cleanup by in-house staff, events are typically held from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Capacity The Boathouse can accommodate up to 110 guests for dinner and dancing indoors; 200 for cocktail parties; 300 with optional tenting outside.

Morning Ceremonies
Availability 10 a.m. - 12 noon on weekend mornings, April - October.
Capacity 40 guests
Amenities · Chairs are set up outside on the deck either facing the water or facing the building. · In the event of rain, ceremonies are held upstairs on the terrace under an awing.
