The Picnic House in Prospect Park is a 4,000-square-foot brick and glass enclosed pavilion with a terra-cotta tile roof originally built in 1927. It has been praised for its light and sweeping views. Located behind Litchfield Villa across the Park Drive, the Renaissance Revival building is situated on a knoll overlooking the 90-acre Long Meadow. The natural setting makes it a perfect choice for a wedding or a corporate event.

The Picnic House is rented in eight-hour blocks, which includes time for setup and clean-up.
