Volleyball

Volleyball is best played at the reconstructed Parade Ground, where there’s a court built just for the sport with a rubber safety surface. The Long Meadow and Nethermead are also popular with volleyball enthusiasts who stop by for a quick game or compete in informal tournaments.

Equipment must not damage fields in the Park. Nets may not be placed on the ballfields or near picnicking areas. No permits are necessary for small games, but gatherings of 25 people or more do require a special events permit.
