Pop-Up Audubon

Families and children can enjoy nature and explore the park on their own schedule or with a Naturalist at Pop-Up Audubon! Join Prospect Park Alliance at locations around the park as we bring our favorite activities from the Prospect Park Audubon Center on the road in easy-to-borrow play and go kits. Pop-Up Programs are made possible through the generous support of Con Edison.

Join Prospect Park Alliance as we explore the history of the man-made waterway running through Prospect Park on this guided history walk that takes visitors along the Long Meadow and through the Ravine.

Discovery Pack, 12 pm–4 pm: Enjoy nature on your own schedule by checking out a discovery pack, featuring a range of fun nature activities and games, a birdwatching checklist with binoculars and much more.

Historic Waterfall Walk, 2 pm–3:30 pm: Join staff on a guided walk highlighting the history of the waterfalls in the Ravine and the critters that call it home.
