BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival: Buffy Sainte-Marie + Naia Kete

Doors 6 / Show 7:30

The “bewitching, utterly transporting” (Pitchfork) Indigenous Canadian-American folk-rock icon BUFFY SAINTE-MARIE has been a leading voice in climate activism and social justice since the 1960s; she is a legendary live performer and a magical force to be reckoned with. Joining her on this special evening dedicated to highlighting the impact of climate change is the Massachusetts-based singer-songwriter-advocate NAIA KETE, who mixes pop, soul, and reggae with her band SayReal. This show is presented with the support of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA).

This is a free concert. RSVPS are not required, but highly encouraged. Entrance is first come, first served, and accessible to all.
