Post-Holiday Park Clean Up

Join Prospect Park Alliance for a Post-Holiday Park Clean-Up, a community volunteer event where you can help clean up the park after the 4th of July holiday weekend. Individuals will be provided with a trash grabber, garbage bags and gloves. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we’re offering various start times at multiple locations for 1 hour or 1 hour 45 minute shifts. We will also have a limited supply of materials available for walk-ins. 

Locations vary; register for the event to select your preferred time and location.

Community Groups are welcome to register for opportunities in July and August. Want to register a group? Please submit a Community Group Inquiry Form. 

Requirements and Guidelines:

  • The minimum age to participate is 14 years old 
  • Supervised children are welcome to participate
  • Please do not come to the park if you are sick
  • Please bring your own mask, water and refreshments
