Sensory Friendly Scary Stories + Scharen Knippen
Join Prospect Park Alliance at Lefferts Historic House for a sensory friendly event for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The museum will open an hour early and you and your family can celebrate fall with tales told by resident storyteller Tammy Hall. You can also try the old Dutch craft Scharen Knippen. Cut out autumn and Halloween scenes and patterns; some designed in the 19th century by Abigail Lefferts! Have a fun day of interactive learning experiences with sensory-based exhibits and activities!
