CANCELED: Winter Nature Exploration at the Audubon Center

Due to the rising rates of COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, Winter Nature Exploration at the Audubon Center has been canceled.

We hope you’ll explore Prospect Park’s nature from home via Virtual Prospect Park where patrons can learn about the park’s history, its wide variety of plants and animals, and enjoy educational resources virtually.

Prospect Park Alliance invites you to get inspired by the nature in Brooklyn’s Backyard at the Prospect Park Audubon Center, December 27-31! Discovery Carts and other interactive activities are available on the ground floor and Animal Encounters and Nature Walks will happen during timed sessions.
Please Note: Masks are required for all indoor and outdoor activities for visitors age 2 and over. As per NYC Executive Order, all visitors age 5 and older must show proof of at least 1 COVID vaccination shot in order to enter indoor areas, and visitors age 12 and older must show proof of full vaccination, meaning two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Capacity is limited, all activities are first come, first served. Tickets are required only for Animal Encounters.
