Prospect Park Concession RFP
Prospect Park Alliance, the non-profit organization that sustains the park in partnership with the city, has issued a Request for Proposals for the sale of food and beverage items from Mobile Food Units at several key locations around the park, including Third Street and Prospect Park West, Bartel-Pritchard Square, the Willink Entrance, the Lincoln Road Entrance, the Parkside Entrance and the Vanderbilt Playground Loop.
Brooklyn’s flagship park and a national landmark, Prospect Park draws 10 million visits per year. Located in the diverse and vibrant heart of Brooklyn, the park is one of New York City’s premier community gathering spots.
In order to enhance the visitor experience for the communities we serve, Prospect Park Alliance hopes to expand food options in the park, with a focus on interesting, affordable, seasonal and healthy food. Partner with us and contribute to the flourishing food culture of Brooklyn!
The Alliance seeks proposers who can demonstrate operational excellence and substantial experience to operate a quality food service facility at reasonable prices and enhance the experience of park users, while demonstrating a deep commitment to partnering with Prospect Park Alliance.
