Carousel Holiday Hours

During the 2019 season, the Carousel in Prospect Park will be open 12–5 pm during the following holidays:

  • Spring Recess: April 19–26
  • Memorial Day: May 27
  • Eid al-Fitr: June 4
  • Anniversary Day (aka Brooklyn-Queens Day): June 6
  • Independence Day: July 4
    • Modified hours: 12 pm–6 pm
  • Labor Day: September 2
    • Modified hours: 12 pm–6 pm
  • Rosh Hashanah: September 30–October 1
  • Yom Kippur: October 9
  • Columbus Day: October 14
  • Sukkot: October 16
