Thursday, December 11 , 6 pm – 8 pm, 2014

The Prospect Park Alliance in partnership with Audubon NY welcomes artist Rebecca Jewell to display her newest exhibit, From Nests to Nets, which will be on view at the Audubon Center during its public hours through December 20. Enjoy refreshments and light hors d'oeuvres as Jenney Newell of the American Museum of Natural History moderates a conversation with the artist.  Register here

Rebecca Jewell's work is based around two main subjects: the drawing of museum artifacts and the natural world. She has a PhD from the Royal College of Art in Natural History Illustration. Rebecca's work is held in the national collections of the Natural History Museum, the British Museum, the British Library and the National Trust in the London. The exhibition will be held in connection with an exhibition of her work at the Rebecca Hossack Gallery.
