Eeyore’s Birthday Party!

Join Prospect Park Alliance and White Bird Productions for a joyful afternoon of puppetry, storytelling, artmaking and outdoor fun inspired by Winnie the Pooh’s beloved friend Eeyore!
This free, intergenerational community event revives a nearly forgotten Prospect Park tradition from the 1960s. In the months leading up to the celebration, local youth interviewed Brooklyn elders who remember the original festival, then transformed those stories into a playful puppet pageant for the whole community.
