Nature Exploration: Pollinator Month

Join Prospect Park Alliance for nature education programs at the Prospect Park Audubon Center, the first urban Audubon Center in the nation as we explore the question, “What is a pollinator?” with park Naturalists.

Butterfly Watch 10 am–1 pm: Learn about common butterflies in NYC, their life cycle and how they help plants thrive in Brooklyn’s Backyard and beyond.

Animal Encounter, 11 am–12 pm: Join Alliance Naturalists in learning more about the animals in the Audubon Center’s collection. This program starts promptly at 2 pm.

Nature on the Go! 12–1 pm: Join an Alliance Naturalist for Nature on the Go activities to explore the park and learn about the nature around us.
