Pre-Thanksgiving Birding in Prospect Park

Join the Prospect Park Alliance and the Brooklyn Bird Club for a morning bird walk exploring the transition from fall to winter in Prospect Park. As seasonal shifts bring new activity to the park’s woodlands and waterways, we will seek out late-autumn arrivals and cold-weather residents, including finches, chickadees, woodpeckers, nuthatches, brown creepers, wrens, wintering waterfowl, and passing raptors. No registration is required. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
