Bandshell

Labyrinth with Donny McCaslin Group

Wednesday, August 10 , 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm, 2016

Labyrinth is presented at the Bandshell as part of BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival, presented in partnership with the Prospect Park Alliance. For the latest information, including weather updates, set times, seating configurations, and FAQs, please visit the BRIC website.

David Bowie plays the Goblin King in Jim Henson’s weird and wonderful puppet/live action fantasy Labyrinth, which also stars a very young Jennifer Connelly (proud Brooklynite!) and features Bowie’s music throughout. Donny McCaslin Group, which backed Bowie on Blackstar, the extraordinary record he released days before his passing, starts the evening off with a set of originals and—who knows?—maybe a few covers.

Gates open an hour before the performance unless otherwise noted, and all performances are rain or shine.
