Bandshell

Bud Light Music Series with Andra Day + Son Little

, 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm, 2016
11225, NY, Brooklyn

Andra Day performs at the Bandshell as part of BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival, presented in partnership with the Prospect Park Alliance. For the latest information, including weather updates, set times, seating configurations, and FAQs, please visit the BRIC website.

Our 38th season comes to a mighty close with the R&B diva Andra Day, a superstar in the making who sings with “Eartha Kitt's unflappable confidence, Amy Winehouse's effortless grasp of classic jazz, Billie Holiday's access to raw emotion, and Adele's range and pop sensibility.” (NPR) The night begins with Son Little, a Philadelphia bluesman/nu-soul innovator who “doesn't strive to reproduce his influences; he recombines them into something new.” (NPR)

Gates open an hour before the performance unless otherwise noted, and all performances are rain or shine.
