Please be advised that there will be street closures affecting areas surrounding Prospect Park between 7-11 am, including Washington Avenue (Eastern Parkway to Empire Boulevard), Empire Boulevard (Eastern Parkway to Flatbush Avenue), Flatbush Avenue (Empire Boulevard around Grand Army Plaza), Ocean Avenue (Flatbush to Parkside), Parkside Avenue (Ocean to Park Circle), and Ocean Parkway (Park Cirle to Surf Avenue).
