Flight & Forage

Join the Prospect Park Alliance, Loomstate, & Audubon New York for a plant education and bird walk. Loomstate’s Sustainability Director Rhett Godfrey, will guide guests through Spring’s blooming native plants, including sassafras, mugwort, curly docks, dandelion, knotweeds, and wood sorrel. At the same time, Prospect Park Naturalist, Eve Schwartz, will lead guests through the park on an interactive, educational tour of birds and wildlife.

Groups will meet at the Boathouse entrance for a snack break provided by Loomstate before switching their tour guides and joining the tour they did not attend the first time. Advance registration required.
