Tennis Summer Youth Program
Prospect Park Alliance is working closely with NYC Parks and other city agencies to monitor developments related to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our players, staff, volunteers and entire community is our top priority. For this reason, the 2020 Summer Youth Program has been cancelled. We will post informaton on the 2021 season in late winter 2021..
Youth ages 6 to 16 receive personalized tennis instruction led by our pros to learn the game and improve their serve, stroke and confidence on the court. Participants engage in drills and match play for both individualized tips and experience working in groups. Beginners will gain a thorough understanding of the game, as well as basic skills and strategies. Experienced players can hone their game with individualized instruction geared toward match play.
The program is available in half-day and full-day weekly sessions, with the morning session running 9 am–12 pm, afternoon session 12–3 pm, and full day 9 am–3 pm.
