Please Note:

Average Total Costs are inclusive of catering, rentals, entertainment and A/V needs, and vary depending on day of the week, time of year and chosen vendors.

All rentals require an additional $1,000 refundable security bond. There is a $500 surcharge for legal holidays, excluding Christmas Eve. New Year’s Eve rentals are $7,000 and not subject to the $500 surcharge.
