LeFrak Center at Lakeside

The Samuel J. and Ethel LeFrak Center at Lakeside is one of the park’s most popular destinations. Enjoy the winter season with skating and hockey on our covered and open-air rinks with scenic views of the Prospect Park Lake. In warm weather months, enjoy the Splash Pad, the park’s largest water play area, roller skating, boating and pickleball. This summer, lace up for Glide & Groove Roller Skating Series every weekend from July 24 to August 28, featuring live bands and unbeatable seasonal vibes. The Duck Island Cafe and Bar provides year-round food and drink with indoor and outdoor seating and panoramic views. Also enjoy the Shelby White and Leon Levy Esplanade, featuring walkways and picnic areas, with scenic views of the Chaim Baier Music Island.

The LeFrak Center at Lakeside offers daily roller skating starting Friday, April 24.

  • Monday-Friday : 10:30am-6:00pm
  • Friday Evenings: 7:30pm-10:30pm
  • Saturday: 12:00pm-4:45pm
  • Saturday Evenings: 7:30pm-10:00pm
  • Sunday: 12:00pm-4:45pm
